1. What is Leadership Coaching?

Leadership coaching is a partnership with a certified ICF Leadership Coach. It is designed to take your leadership skills to the next level, overcome challenges, gain clarity in decision-making, boost your confidence and bring you to your desired place in your career. With personalized guidance, a certified coach is in your corner to empower you to grow both, personally and professionally.

2. What are the benefits?

Leadership coaching empowers you to become an effective and confident leader who achieves results and goals. What you imagine becomes reality. It enhances your self-awareness, communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence and ability to inspire and influence those around you.

3. How do I know if this is for me?

Leadership coaching is for anyone who wants to reach their next-level of potential, in their career and life as a leader. Whether you want to elevate your leadership skills, overcome challenges or enhance team dynamics, coaching is a wonderful fit to get you to that next step in your life.

4. Who should use Leadership Coaching?

Leadership coaching is for you if you are an established leader or someone who wants to become one! Whether you're a manager, a team leader, executive, or simply on the path to leadership, coaching helps you take performance a level up and reach your full potential.

5. Why do leaders need leadership coaching?

Even accomplished leaders have a coach in their corner to sustain success and reach new heights. (It is often their secret!) Growth and performance challenges are inevitable, and coaching provides a structured, tried and tested personalized approach to leadership development. It helps leaders elevate their skills, deepen self-awareness and navigate complex situations with confidence, and someone to help them!

6. Is it only for senior executives?

No. Leadership coaching is for anyone who wants to grow and get results. Leadership coaching is about developing powerful self-awareness, communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence teams and outcomes. If you want to go to the next level, a coach is there to help you do that!

7. What can I expect from each session?

Each session is fully focused on you and your goals. We’ll tackle key priorities like decision-making, team dynamics, difficult conversations, or stress, and design practical tools to address them. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps and insights to sharpen your self-awareness. Sessions are confidential, 45–60 minutes, and tailored to your level—whether you're a new leader or a seasoned executive. The focus is always on real-world results.

8. Are the coaching sessions private?

Yes! Absolutely, confidentiality is a key pillar of professional coaching. As a coach I am in your corner and everything we share is completely between us.

9. What is different about your method?

While I’m certified in the ICF (International Coaching Federation) coaching model, my approach is deeply rooted in action-based learning - thanks to my background as a Learning Leader and Corporate Trainer. The difference? I don’t just help you plan for results, I challenge you to take action and become a doer. My goal is to ignite your momentum, accelerate your learning and build your confidence as you make real progress towards your goals. Think of me as your ultimate driver to ensure you are on the fast track to your goals.

10. How is this different from therapy or mentoring?

Big difference—like seeing a doctor vs. a pharmacist. Coaching is future-focused: it’s about who you want to become and how to get there. Unlike therapy, which explores the past, or mentoring, which offers advice, coaching builds self-awareness and drives action. It unlocks potential, boosts confidence and your performance in areas like career and leadership. Coaches don’t give answers - they empower you find the solutions that work best for you.

11. Can leadership coaching be done virtually?

Yes. We live in an era where digital technology enables us to communicate efficiently and get results. Certainly, any coach will tell you they prefer face-to-face for maximum impact (and clients tend to find this works better too), but there is no problem at all doing coaching remotely.
