I love helping people and help their ideas succeed. With over 15 years of experience in corporate training (CTDP) and certified by the International Coaching Federation, I’ve led Learning and Leadership programs for organizations such as Google, the Government of Canada and several tech startups. I'm driven by a curiosity for coaching people, elevating organizations and advancing my colleagues and leaders. As an international coach and entrepreneur (I speak English, French and Spanish), I take a holistic approach to empowering leaders like you, to lead boldly and thrive in your career.

​I will help you master the skills to clarify what you want and how to achieve it, build respect, cultivate strong relationships, set boundaries, manage your time like a pro and communicate your vision with impact - even in high-stress situations. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me giving back to community organizations, travelling around the world, or recharging my batteries in nature with my wife. As an avid sportsman, I run, hike, mountain climb, or I'm on a kayak - because leadership isn’t just about growth in the workplace, but about embracing challenges everywhere!
