LEAP is the Leadership Coaching Program for Young Adults
LEAP (Lead Elevate Aspire Perform) is a free Leadership Coaching Program for Young Adults ages 22-35 in Montreal. It is a hands-on, 6-month program designed to equip young adults with essential Leadership Skills to get ahead in their careers and the community. It requires a 2 hours commitment per month and offers them a Certificate upon completion from the Montreal Central Lions Club and Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi NDG, while also being sponsored by the Assemblée nationale du Québec.

When does it take place?
The coaching sessions will be held on the second Saturday of each month, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST, running from July 2025 to January 2026.
All sessions will be conducted in English. Participants are expected to attend every session and demonstrate their skills by completing designated tasks throughout the program.
